How To Insert A Shape In Google Docs?

Open your Google Doc

Click Insert

Hover over Drawing

Click New

Click the Shape icon in the drawing toolbar

Choose a shape

Click and drag on the canvas to draw the shape

Click Save and Close

Resize or move the shape in the document if needed
