Enable the Developer tab in Excel
Go to the Developer tab
Click Insert
Under Form Controls, select Check Box
Click on the worksheet where you want the checkbox
Drag to place and size the checkbox if needed
Right-click the checkbox to edit the text or remove the label
Copy and paste the checkbox to add more checkboxes
Use Format Control to link the checkbox to a cell if needed
