Select the cell where you want the degree symbol
Press `Alt` + `0176` on the numeric keypad
On Mac, press `Option` + `Shift` + `8`
Go to `Insert` > `Symbol` and choose `°`
Copy and paste the degree symbol from another cell or document
Use the formula `=CHAR(176)` to insert the degree symbol
Type `=A1&”°”` to combine a value with the degree symbol
Use the Windows emoji/symbol picker with `Win` + `.` and search for `degree`
