Check the package for damage and the expiration date
Wash your hands
Open the package carefully
Find the inner ring at the closed end
Squeeze the inner ring together
Choose a comfortable position, such as standing, squatting, or lying down
Insert the squeezed inner ring into the vagina
Push the inner ring up and in as far as it will go
Use a finger to make sure the outer ring stays outside the vagina and covers the vulva
Make sure the condom is not twisted
Guide the penis into the condom during sex
After sex, twist the outer ring to keep semen inside
Gently pull the condom out
Throw it away in the trash
Use a new condom every time you have sex
