How To Install Kitchen Faucet?

Turn off the hot and cold water supply valves under the sink

Open the faucet to release any remaining water pressure

Place a bucket or towel under the sink to catch drips

Disconnect the supply lines from the old faucet

Remove the mounting nuts or brackets holding the old faucet in place

Lift out the old faucet from the sink

Clean the sink surface around the faucet holes

Install the gasket or putty according to the new faucet instructions

Insert the new faucet through the sink holes

Secure the faucet from underneath with the mounting hardware

Tighten the mounting nuts evenly

Connect the hot and cold supply lines to the new faucet

Reconnect any sprayer or soap dispenser lines if included

Turn the water supply valves back on slowly

Check all connections for leaks

Tighten fittings if needed

Run the faucet for a few minutes to flush out debris

Test hot and cold water flow and confirm proper operation
