Download the resource pack file
Open Minecraft
Go to Options
Click Resource Packs
Click Open Pack Folder
Move the downloaded file into the pack folder
Return to Minecraft
Select the resource pack from the Available list
Move it to Selected
Click Done
Wait for the pack to load
