Remove old flooring, baseboards, and trim if needed
Clean the subfloor thoroughly
Repair cracks, holes, and uneven areas
Make sure the subfloor is dry, smooth, and level
Measure the room carefully
Roll out the vinyl sheet and let it acclimate
Cut the sheet roughly to size
Dry-fit the vinyl in the room
Trim around walls, corners, and obstacles
Apply adhesive if required by the product
Lay the vinyl sheet into place
Smooth out air bubbles with a floor roller or hand roller
Trim excess material along edges
Seal seams if the installation requires it
Reinstall baseboards and trim
Clean the floor after installation
Avoid heavy traffic until the adhesive cures
