Create a Windows installation USB using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool
Back up any important files from the new PC if needed
Insert the Windows USB into the new PC
Turn on the PC and enter the BIOS or boot menu
Set the USB drive as the first boot device
Save changes and restart
Choose your language, time, and keyboard settings
Click Install Now
Enter your product key or select I don’t have a product key
Choose the Windows edition if prompted
Accept the license terms
Select Custom: Install Windows only
Choose the drive or partition for Windows installation
Delete existing partitions if you want a clean install
Select the unallocated space and click Next
Wait for Windows to copy files and restart
Complete the initial setup steps
Create or sign in with a Microsoft account
Set privacy and device preferences
Install motherboard, graphics, and other drivers
Run Windows Update
Install required apps and restore files
