Press Windows key + R
Type msconfig and press Enter
Open the Boot tab
Check Safe boot
Select Minimal
Click OK
Click Restart
Or press Windows key + I
Go to System
Select Recovery
Under Advanced startup, click Restart now
Choose Troubleshoot
Select Advanced options
Choose Startup Settings
Click Restart
Press 4 for Safe Mode
Press 5 for Safe Mode with Networking
Press 6 for Safe Mode with Command Prompt
