Check whether the foreskin is absent or only a small rim of skin remains around the head of the penis
If the head of the penis is fully exposed when soft, you may be circumcised
If the foreskin cannot be pulled forward to cover the head, you may be circumcised
Look for a circumcision scar or a line where the foreskin was removed
Ask a parent, guardian, or medical record if you had the procedure as a baby
A doctor, nurse, or clinic can confirm it quickly during an exam
