Open your Minecraft crafting table (or inventory crafting grid).
Collect paper:
Break sugar cane and place 3 sugar cane in a row to craft 3 paper.
Collect leather (from cows, horses, or llamas).
Craft the book:
Place 1 leather in the middle of the top row.
Place 1 paper in the middle of the middle row.
Place 1 paper in the middle of the bottom row.
Craft the book:
Take the resulting book from the output slot.
For Minecraft Bedrock/Java, repeat as needed using the same recipe.
