Pour apple cider vinegar into a small bowl or jar
Add a few drops of dish soap
Cover the top with plastic wrap
Secure the plastic wrap with a rubber band
Poke small holes in the plastic wrap
Place the trap near fruit flies
Empty and replace the mixture as needed
