Go to Google Forms at forms.google.com
Sign in to your Google account
Click Blank form or choose a template
Enter a form title
Add questions using the plus button
Choose question types from the dropdown
Mark questions as required if needed
Add sections, images, or videos if needed
Customize the form theme if desired
Click Settings to adjust response options
Click Preview to check the form
Click Send to share the form
Copy the link, email it, or embed it
