Gather crème de cacao
Gather heavy cream or half-and-half
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
Add 1 ounce green chartreuse liqueur
Add 1 ounce crème de cacao
Add 1 ounce heavy cream or half-and-half
Shake well until chilled
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Serve immediately
