Fold a square sheet of paper in half lengthwise, then unfold
Fold the top corners inward to the center crease to form a triangle point
Fold the bottom edge up to meet the center crease
Fold the paper in half along the center crease to form a dart body
Fold the nose tip slightly to sharpen the point
Secure any loose edges with a small fold or light tape if needed
Hold the dart by the folded center seam
Throw forward with a smooth flick
