Open the PDF in a PDF editor
Select the print option
Choose grayscale or black and white in the printer settings
Print to PDF to save the black and white version
Use a PDF converter that supports grayscale output
Convert images in the PDF to grayscale before saving
Reduce or remove color elements if needed
Save the edited file as a new PDF
Verify the output by opening the saved PDF
