Clean and dry the skin area
Choose a simple design
Print or draw the design on paper
Cut out the design close to the edges
Place the design face down on the skin
Hold a damp cloth or sponge against the back of the paper for 20 to 30 seconds
Gently peel off the paper
Let the tattoo dry completely
Apply a light layer of clear hairspray or makeup setting spray if desired
Avoid rubbing the area
Remove with soap, warm water, and baby oil or rubbing alcohol
