How To Make An Omelette Egg?

Crack 2 to 3 eggs into a bowl

Add a pinch of salt and pepper

Whisk the eggs until well mixed

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat

Add a little butter or oil to the pan

Pour the eggs into the pan

Let the eggs cook until the edges begin to set

Gently lift the edges and tilt the pan so uncooked egg flows underneath

Add any fillings you want on one half of the omelette

Fold the omelette in half

Cook for another 30 to 60 seconds

Slide the omelette onto a plate

Serve immediately
