Gather snow into a large base ball
Roll the base until it is large and round
Make a medium snowball for the middle section
Make a smaller snowball for the head
Stack the snowballs from largest to smallest
Pack snow between the sections to stabilize them
Add two small stones or buttons for eyes
Add a carrot or stick for the nose
Add small stones, twigs, or coal for the mouth
Add sticks for arms
Add a scarf and hat if desired
