How to Make Baby Back Ribs?

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs

Pat the ribs dry with paper towels

Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar

Let the ribs rest while the oven preheats

Preheat the oven to 300°F

Wrap the ribs tightly in foil on a baking sheet

Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender

Unwrap the ribs carefully

Brush with barbecue sauce

Increase the oven temperature to 425°F or set the broiler

Return the ribs to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce caramelizes

Rest the ribs for a few minutes

Slice between the bones and serve
