Preheat the oven to 425°F
Roll out pizza dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone
Brush the dough lightly with olive oil
Bake the dough for 5 to 7 minutes
Remove from oven
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce or leave plain
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the crust
Add cooked breakfast sausage, bacon, or ham
Add sautéed vegetables if desired
Crack eggs on top or add scrambled eggs
Season with salt and pepper
Return to the oven
Bake until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted
Remove from oven
Slice and serve warm
