How To Make Cold Brew Coffee?

Coarsely grind coffee beans

Add 1 cup ground coffee to a jar or pitcher

Add 4 cups cold or room-temperature water

Stir until all grounds are fully saturated

Cover the container

Steep at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours

Strain through a coffee filter, cheesecloth, or fine mesh strainer

Transfer the cold brew concentrate to a clean bottle or jar

Dilute with water or milk to taste

Serve over ice

Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
