Gather cotton balls, glue, paper, scissors, markers, and small decorations
Roll or stack cotton balls into three snowman-sized sections
Glue the cotton sections together to form the snowman body
Cut out a paper hat, scarf, arms, and buttons
Attach the hat, scarf, and arms with glue
Draw or add eyes, nose, and mouth with markers or small craft pieces
Add buttons to the front of the snowman
Let the glue dry completely
