Gather cotton, glue, white paper or cardboard, black paper, orange paper, scissors, and a marker
Roll the cotton into three different-sized balls
Glue the cotton balls together with the largest at the bottom, medium in the middle, and smallest on top
Cut small circles from black paper for the eyes and buttons
Cut a small triangle from orange paper for the nose
Paste the eyes, nose, and buttons onto the cotton snowman
Cut small strips of paper for arms and paste them on both sides
Add a paper hat, scarf, or other decorations if desired
Let the glue dry completely
