How To Make Crepes?

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Extra butter for the pan

Whisk flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth

Let the batter rest for 20–30 minutes

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat

Lightly butter the skillet

Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet

Tilt the skillet to spread the batter thinly

Cook for 1–2 minutes until the edges lift

Flip the crepe

Cook for 30–60 seconds more

Transfer to a plate

Repeat with remaining batter

Fill with sweet or savory fillings

Fold or roll before serving
