How To Make Crispy Tofu?

Press extra-firm tofu for 20–30 minutes

Cut tofu into cubes or slabs

Pat tofu completely dry

Toss tofu with cornstarch

Add salt and any desired seasonings

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat

Place tofu in a single layer

Cook until golden and crisp on one side

Flip and crisp all sides

Remove and drain on paper towels

Serve immediately
