How To Make Cutlet?

Boil and mash potatoes

Finely chop onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and boiled vegetables

Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and a little lemon juice

Mix in bread crumbs or cornflour to bind the mixture

Shape the mixture into small flat cutlets

Dip each cutlet in beaten egg or a cornflour slurry

Coat with bread crumbs

Heat oil in a pan

Fry the cutlets on medium heat until golden brown on both sides

Drain on paper towels

Serve hot with chutney or sauce
