1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup jaggery, grated
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee
Oil or ghee for frying
Heat water and jaggery together until the jaggery dissolves
Add ghee and cardamom powder
Add rice flour gradually and mix into a soft dough
Let the dough cool slightly
Grease your hands with ghee
Shape small portions into round or flattened discs
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat
Fry the shaped ghaver until golden brown on both sides
Drain on paper towels
Serve warm
