How to Prepare Rava Laddu?

Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan

Add 1 cup rava and roast on low flame until fragrant and lightly golden

Add 1/2 cup grated coconut and roast for 1 minute

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly

Add 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt

Mix well

Add 2 to 4 tablespoons warm milk or melted ghee little by little

Mix until the mixture holds together when pressed

Take small portions and shape into round laddus

Let the laddus set for 15 to 20 minutes

Store in an airtight container
