1/2 cup fruit juice
2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
2 to 3 tablespoons honey or sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Silicone gummy bear mold
Small saucepan
Whisk or spoon
Dropper or small spoon
Pour the fruit juice into the saucepan
Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice
Let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes
Heat on low, stirring until the gelatin dissolves
Add the honey or sugar
Add the lemon juice
Stir until fully combined
Remove from heat
Pour the mixture into the gummy bear mold
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours
Remove the gummy bears from the mold
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
