How to Make Haldi Milk?

Heat 1 cup of milk in a saucepan

Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Add 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Add 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger or a small pinch of ginger powder

Add 1/2 teaspoon ghee or a few drops of oil, if desired

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or sugar after removing from heat, if desired

Stir well until mixed

Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes on low heat

Strain if needed

Serve warm
