Let coffee cool to room temperature
Fill a glass with ice
Add 2–4 tbsp coffee syrup or sugar (optional)
Pour in cooled coffee over the ice
Add milk or cream (optional)
Add water to taste (optional for a lighter flavor)
Stir and taste
Garnish with cinnamon or chocolate (optional)
Serve immediately
