How To Make French Press Coffee?

Heat water to about 195–205°F (90–96°C)

Preheat the French press with hot water, then discard the water

Add coarsely ground coffee (about 1:15 coffee-to-water by weight)

Pour hot water over the grounds, saturating all coffee

Stir gently to ensure even extraction

Place the lid on top with the plunger pulled up

Steep for 4 minutes

Slowly press the plunger down

Serve immediately
