How to Make Irani Chai?

Boil 2 cups water in a saucepan

Add 2 teaspoons loose black tea leaves or 2 tea bags

Add 2 to 3 crushed green cardamom pods

Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes

Add 1 cup full-fat milk

Add sugar to taste

Bring to a gentle boil

Simmer on low heat for 3 to 5 minutes until the tea turns rich and creamy

Strain into cups

Serve hot
