Preheat the oven to 300°F
Wash and dry the kale thoroughly
Remove the tough stems and tear the leaves into bite-size pieces
Place the kale in a bowl
Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil
Toss until the leaves are lightly coated
Sprinkle with salt or other seasonings
Spread the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes
Check often and remove when crisp
Let cool before serving
