How to Make Lobster Tails in the Oven?

Preheat oven to 425°F

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment

Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise

Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell

Place the tails on the baking sheet

Brush the meat with melted butter

Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika if desired

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm

Check that the internal temperature reaches 140°F to 145°F

Remove from oven

Serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra melted butter
