How To Make Lobster Tails?

Thaw frozen lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or in cold water for 30 to 60 minutes

Preheat the oven to 425°F

Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell lengthwise down the center

Gently loosen the meat from the shell and lift it slightly on top of the shell

Place the tails on a baking sheet

Brush the meat with melted butter

Season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, or lemon juice

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and reaches 140°F to 145°F

Broil for 1 to 2 minutes if you want a lightly browned top

Remove from the oven and serve immediately with melted butter or lemon wedges
