Wash your hands and use a clean container
Measure 1 liter of clean drinking water
Add 6 level teaspoons of sugar
Add 1/2 level teaspoon of salt
Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve completely
Taste should be neither very salty nor very sweet
Use the solution within 24 hours
Discard any leftover solution after 24 hours
