Colored paper or cardstock
Green paper for stems and leaves
Scissors
Glue or tape
Pencil
Cut a tulip petal shape from colored paper
Cut a small rectangle for the stem
Cut leaf shapes from green paper
Roll or fold the petal shape into a tulip bloom
Glue or tape the petal edges together
Attach the bloom to the top of the stem
Glue the leaves to the stem
Repeat to make more tulips
