Cut several identical paper squares
Fold each square in half diagonally
Fold again into a smaller triangle
Cut slits along the folded edges, stopping before the center
Unfold the paper into a snowflake shape
Repeat for all paper squares
Fold each snowflake arm slightly upward to create dimension
Glue or staple the centers of multiple snowflakes together
Offset the layers so the points alternate
Add a paper loop or string for hanging
