Gather scrap paper, water, a blender, a basin, a screen or mesh frame, a sponge, and a towel
Tear the paper into small pieces
Soak the paper pieces in water
Blend the soaked paper and water into pulp
Pour the pulp into a basin filled with water
Stir the pulp evenly through the water
Dip the screen or mesh frame into the basin and lift it out with a thin layer of pulp on top
Let excess water drain
Press the wet sheet with a sponge or cloth to remove more water
Transfer the sheet onto a towel or flat surface
Let the paper dry completely
Peel the dried paper off the screen or surface
