How To Make Rotel?

1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 tablespoon butter or oil

1/4 cup diced onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Heat butter or oil in a saucepan

Add onion and cook until softened

Add garlic and cook briefly

Add diced tomatoes with green chilies

Stir in salt, cumin, chili powder, and black pepper

Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes

Stir in cilantro

Serve warm
