3 ripe Hass avocados
1 lime, juiced
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl
Mash the avocados to your desired texture
Add the lime juice, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt
Mix gently until combined
Taste and adjust salt or lime juice if needed
