Open Settings
Tap Accessibility
Tap Spoken Content
Turn on Speak Selection
Turn on Speak Screen
To hear selected text, highlight the text and tap Speak
To hear the screen, swipe down with two fingers from the top of the screen
To adjust voice, rate, or language, go to Spoken Content settings
To have Siri read text from a document or webpage, use Speak Screen after opening the text
To stop reading, tap the screen or use the stop control
