Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Butterfly chicken breasts
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Prepare stuffing such as cream cheese, spinach, and shredded cheese
Spoon stuffing onto one side of each chicken breast
Fold chicken closed and secure with toothpicks if needed
Sear chicken in a hot skillet with oil for 2 to 3 minutes per side
Transfer chicken to a baking dish
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until fully cooked
Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
Rest chicken for 5 minutes before serving
