How To Make Taquitos?

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat

Cook shredded chicken, beef, or beans with seasoning

Warm corn tortillas until pliable

Place filling along one edge of each tortilla

Roll tortillas tightly into taquitos

Secure with toothpicks if needed

Place taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet or in hot oil

Bake at 425°F until crisp or fry until golden brown

Remove and drain on paper towels if fried

Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream
