Open Google Chrome
Click the three dots in the top-right corner
Select Settings
Click On startup
Choose Open a specific page or set of pages
Click Add a new page
Enter the homepage URL
Click Add
To set the Home button, click Appearance
Turn on Show home button
Select Enter custom web address
Enter the homepage URL
Close Settings
