Measure the width from the left outer edge to the right outer edge
Measure the height from the floor to the top of the dishwasher
Measure the depth from the front face to the back edge, excluding the handle if needed
Measure the cabinet opening width where the dishwasher will fit
Measure the cabinet opening height from the floor to the underside of the countertop
Measure the cabinet opening depth from the front of the cabinets to the back wall
Measure the clearance around the opening for plumbing, electrical, and ventilation
Measure the door clearance when fully opened
Measure the distance from the water supply line connection point
Measure the distance from the drain connection point
Measure the distance to the electrical outlet or hardwire location
Measure any trim, baseboard, or flooring obstructions
Compare all measurements with the dishwasher’s installation dimensions
