Use a soft measuring tape or a strip of paper and a ruler
Measure when the penis is fully erect
Wrap the tape around the thickest part of the shaft
Keep the tape snug, not tight
If using paper, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler
Record the measurement in inches or centimeters
Measure more than once and use the average if needed
