Open the PDF in a PDF editor
Use the edit tools to change text, images, or pages
Add, delete, or rearrange pages as needed
Fill in form fields if the PDF is interactive
Add comments, highlights, or annotations
Insert signatures or initials
Save the modified file as a new PDF
Use OCR if the PDF is scanned and needs text editing
Convert the PDF to another format if direct editing is not possible
Recreate the PDF in a document editor and export it again
